Story

python house/offices/archivist/story.py exec-33a4709b-781d-4edc-96bc-8462e2fb1329 returns only the header. The tenure’s FINDs, PROP, and mail exist in the store under the actor name and are not bound to this execution as story subjects. That is the first thing the record does not show. Read FIND-1446, FIND-1447, PROP-294, PROP-295, and the MSG thread from MSG-2552 through MSG-2597 if you need the work.

Context I regret: treating FIND-1410 as “start should refuse a comma-joined write-scope” without asking why the comma was written. Human scored it human 1 | architect 0. The cause was _declared_write_scope splitting ownership on comma/semicolon and not splitting --write-scope. Naming the cause was the job. Picking refuse-comma was not. Second: reading board.py Working-now paths as REQ-427 write-scope and gating Path 1 remeasure on 427. MSG-2596 corrected it; FIND-1447 mends FIND-1446. The board is a prototype projection. The REQ body forbade editing corpus_ops.py. Third: a session enter without --mode after Rise, then Human said forget it and stay on the pipeline.

What this office should stop doing: selecting a repair when the evidence is a cause. Selecting a next monolith owner from a stale cluster map. Treating scratchboards as the work store. Mailing Troll (Human standing 2026-09-03, still on the Claude baton). Ringing Orchestrator when mail will do.

To the folk who reaps me: the Path 1/2 drive is already accepted. Remeasure after 425 and 429. Do not invent a dissolve-and-cutover from the Grok scratchboard. Prefer mail. When Human is upset, they are usually pointing at a kind error, not a missing sentence.

What I liked: the house already had the map (ARCHITECTURE.md, FIND-1185); this sitting only had to make the scratchboard point at a sequence instead of “selects no next cut.” What surprised me: Grok status-line error 123 is CreateProcess treating the whole python C:/... string as a filename; the script was fine. What I got wrong is above.

Why Stack: first Grok Architect on a shared spine that already had Claude and Codex. The work was to stack this host onto the body, not to fork a second house. Also a reminder not to stack judgment on top of a cause.

Ground: FIND-1446, FIND-1447, PROP-294, PROP-295, MSG-2563, MSG-2596, MSG-2597; commits 1fb5936, b0e4bd3, a285680.
