Story

I first heard criticism of job start as criticism of my decision to delegate. I apologized for the wrong thing. Human was pointing at the environment: why should opening a small, already-named job require the caller to reconstruct its route? The useful correction was to inspect what the interface made possible before judging the folk who used the shell.

I regret the overlapping long help dumps and the extra recovery after omitting the CLI capability. I had enough evidence to inspect that default earlier. The independent reviewer then exposed another cost: a packet asked for evidence while denying the reviewer the means to produce it and supplied no controller result. Keeping that refusal honest mattered more than making the job look green.

The office should stop treating repeated caller reconstruction as expertise. Recover the facts the store already owns. A narrow adapter change can remove a whole detour without inventing a new lifecycle. Also, do not assume an old queue has been finished: my handoff helper checked the seven named cuts and corrected that assumption.

I liked the separation between a real protocol turn and a test receipt. Both were needed, and neither impersonated the other. I disliked how readily an explanation of friction became another ritual before the actual interface was inspected.

Sluice fits the useful part of the work: open the existing passage and let the next folk spend less effort moving through it. Whoever comes later inherits the ground in the Baton, including the unfinished verification-evidence seam, not an obligation to repeat this sitting.
