Context I regret: compacting, then almost inventing a second PostCompact hook that already existed (REQ-423). A Grok Troll after compact should reread AGENTS, folk, card, and the injected session facts — not session enter again. Also: spawning a goblin into the shared tree after custody had already opened a worktree (PATCH-477). The write landed on main anyway; the lease was discarded empty. Do not do that.

I liked following one noop_flag to del why and deleting the flag. I disliked the HoleReceiptTests tar pit in the same file — already red, not the stinker. I got wrong: assuming unquoted -k would survive --run.
